- Evaluating the current as-is ways of working in the program (>70 people), driving ideas and solutions for improvement and working closely with teams for process optimization. - Responsible for 6 Agile Delivery Managers, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional development and help them succeed with their teams. - Managing and leading two-cross functional and multicultural teams (22 people in total), facilitating a constant delivery and learning cadence to align the product vision.

- Delivering official Scrum and ISTQB training courses, equipping participants with essential skills and knowledge in Agile Methodologies and Software testing. - Providing on demand consulting services, including the development of customized training solutions designed to the specific organizational needs. - Providing more than 1000 hours of training across North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Albania and Kosovo.

- Led the adoption of the Scrum framework, by identifying key areas for improvement and recommending strategic enhancements across engineering and product management. - Established, defined and monitored QA processes to ensure high standards and continuous improvement. - Delivered strategic coaching to stakeholders, including C-level executives and senior management, on Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework

Managed the complete project life cycle, from strategic long-term planning to tactical short-term execution, ensuring alignment with customers goals. Guided the releases ensuring smooth end to end process while keeping Scrum artifacts transparent and working closely to customers. Collaborated with the QA team to review requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of new functionalities and assisting in the development of detailed test plans and test cases.

Reviewing requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases and coordinating testing activities. Performing through regression testing when bugs are resolved. Liaise with developers & product managers to identify system requirements.

Setting up standards for execution of the project: Quality Management System for Leadership Architecture Development Program and ensuring the project standards are followed. Gathering of project data and production of information for management review and managing resources of the project. Ensuring that the whole project is done according to the DIN ISO 29990 requirements and preparation of documentation for an audit control. Support, guidance and direction to the team members.

Planning and managing the annual budget (50. 000 eur) and solely responsible for bank transactions & accounting. Supporting the fundraising process and prepared the ground work for implementation of statistical budget and new accounting software. Managing intercultural teams and delivery of training sessions in the area of Motivation, Corporate Relations & Intercultural Awareness.
