My work was 1st Lvl Support for IT (Computer, Mobile Phones, Printers etc), trying to solve the presented issue initially. If this was not possible, then creating qualified tickets for subsequent support levels.
My job was split in two parts. At first I was supporting SharePoint and OneDrive. This mostly meant helping with permission issues and ordering and intially setting up a SharePoint/Library as well as giving instructions on how to do these things as well as what to look out for. Later on my main function was software installation and repair.
