• Group-wide HR responsibility and consolidated supervision over BJSS Group (2‘000 employees in 26 locations in Europe, Asia, Middle East and Latin America) • Guiding the Board of Directors, the Group CEO and Group Executive Committee Members with specialist expertise • Defining and implementing People strategy, HR solutions & processes, HR directives & guidelines • Leading the HR function in Switzerland and foreign branches and subsidiaries

• Head HR responsibility for Private Banking in Latam, Middle East, Asia • Advising and coaching Business Area Heads and Regional Heads in all HR questions and in developing and implementing division- and market-specific HR strategies • Management of all relevant yearly HR Management processes such as Performance Management, Human Capital Management Portfolio, Compensation, employee survey • Attracting, recruiting and developing highly qualified managers and employees

• Advising and counseling of Executive Committee members of international entities within Winterthur Group • Defining, implementing and monitoring cross-national HR processes based on the Group’s strategy • Coaching and advising international entities in personnel and organizational development • Advising local management and HR responsible in training and development matters • Conducting workshops and seminars for team development

• Overall HR responsibility • Managing the employee restaurant and responsible for the staff building • Co project lead for the development and implementation of a new HR strategy in Europe • Successful outsourcing of the cleaning department • Implementing a new payroll software in Basel and Zurich
