Since over 17 years O'Donovan Consulting takes care of customer relationships. Customer journey analysis and customer experience management are core competencies of the team and I have the pleasure of benefiting from their bundled experience. I contribute to the team my skills in process optimization while having a strong sense for cost efficiency and change management.

As a strategic Purchasing Specialist I took over a couple of projects and responsibility for several allocated suppliers. Price negotiations, market researches or cost of goods optimization are part of my daily responsibilities. Since the acquisition of Mylan I am also involved in the European integration of our combined indirect spend. In this context I am leading the integration of our key categories fleet, telecom, office supplies and premium carriers in Europe.

During my time as a student of International Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts, at Meda, I had the pleasure of leading own improvement projects within several departments.
