• Accountable for managing the capacity requirements of new standard services in relation to obtaining the proper cost and quality balance • Manage the effectiveness and end-to-end Capacity Management Process workflow • Ensure Capacity Management Service Level Agreements are met • Manage tuning recommendations, and present the recommendations to IT management customers on the design and use of systems

• Responsible for consistent end-to-end application of Service Delivery and Support processes in the Account • Roll out and deployment of processes within the Account (such as Incident, Problem, Change Management) • Assists in training and in process execution within the Account as well as in process training to new members of the team • Continuous Process Improvement within the Account
