I worked on the approval and control of credit limit applications for the whole region working together with many areas. I was also responsible of giving support to the team on issues related to working capital management: DSO – DPO analysis, customers/vendors payment terms, and deviation analysis of liquidity forecasts. I have created diverse managerial supporting reports in order to get a complete overview of the financial situation of the region.

Administration of the purchasing process: I was Responsible of giving support to Marketing, Auditing and Warehouse areas by making diverse reports. I worked in teams to select and manage suppliers in order to implement continuous improvement reforms in different processes.

Cash and Banks, Accounts Receivable, Inventories, Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable Auditing. Cash counts, checks and other securities procedures. I developed management reports to support different areas of the company. Achievements: Implementation of a Balanced Scorecard for Accounts Receivable area which allowed a better control of customers and different KPIs of the area, optimizing the system performance. I advised on accounting issues and in the definition of the Short and long term strategy: Investment decisions, multiple negotiations with different health insurance companies and strategic partners. I also participated in designing the professionalization process of the company involving human resources recruiting and training programs. Achievements:. Introduction of a costing system. Redesign and setting standardization for customer involved processes.

Research made in order to the implementation of MIMSE (Multidimensional Industrial Monitoring) within the Strategic Industrial Plan of Santiago del Estero 2020.
