Led a major greenfield project for EssilorLuxottica (>$500M), reporting to COOs. Established a new manufacturing facility in Thailand (first time ever integrating frames, Rx lenses, DC under one roof). Responsibilities included land/compliance, strategic planning, team leadership (80+), and budget management from initial land search and acquisition, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, to construction and start-up. Sustainability, pursuing LEED Gold certification with "Eyes on the Planet" program
