I am leading cross functional alignment on risk and opportunities to the company goals. I prepare Inventory budgets together with Finance, Business and Operational teams. Business Process Management, simplification and Improvements remain a big focus.

Responsible for operational governance and reporting. Establishing the systems and processes ensuring the overall direction, effectiveness, supervision and accountability of EMEA Personal Systems Supply Chain Operations. Cross functional alignment for weekly senior management reviews. Business Analytics. Special projects.

Led the team through several quarters enabling smooth execution and continues countries support. Ensured smooth execution in active periods through resource planning and tasks optimization. Supporting customer orders and business needs, Country Fulfillment team complement total customer experience. Country Fulfillment Managers guide country sales teams to plan the orders, periods to choose, right time to bring the deals to ensure smooth delivery of right product at right time

Country Fulfillment Management Team is a part of Order Fulfillment Group in EMEA Supply Chain organization. Key focuses are Revenue and Market Share optimization for area of responsibility. End of quarter Management. During this time responsible for commercial team of country fulfillment managers and for different products and geographies.
