As HR Application owner, the first objective was to fix & up-scale SAP Succcessfactors implementation with full of issues. performed fix-gap workshop, prepared 3-Pillar HR Digital Re-Transformation strategy & road-map to fix & up-scale broken SF implementation; 1. Correct the Basics (to achieve smooth HR Operations) 2.Up-Scale current Implementation (expand service within exiting SF module) 3.Implement New module In parallel, provide day-to-day support, make sure system is up & running & fit-for-purpose

As Module Lead of SAP HCM, responsible to lead from front the HR Transformation using SAP S/4 Hana (without Successfactors). Worked closely with business, conduct different workshop to explore the SAP system, showed best practice & localization, understood business objective, current business challenges, pain-point & limitation, prepared transformation plan, conducted iteration session on config completion, prepared plan for UAT and change management (communication & user training).

HR Transformation to Cloud:Mitsubishi Power System, Saudi Arabia: As Principal HCM Module lead, prepared HR transformation strategy using agile methodology, conducted workshop for process analysis, architecture & design solution, worked with team to transform design into solution, worked on principle of figure-out solution attitude, change management and cut-over activity Introduced new SAP Localized solution : End of Service 2.0 & Ticket Benefit module

• As HR application owner, make sure all HR services (i.e. SAP ERP HCM, SAP Portal ESS/MSS & SuccessFactors) and related cross-system integrations (i.e. SAP CPI & SAP PI/XI) are up and running, fit-for-purpose, compliant with regional legal requirements and provide desire services/value/outcome to global HR Operations and Manager & Employee for 6 regions (Australia, USA, UK, France, Saudi Arabia and South Africa). • As Project Manager, successfully completed multi-phase HR digital transformation journey

• Work closely with business to further expand the capabilities and service offering, in alignment with strategic business initiatives, within the domain of SAP HCM & SAP ESS/MSS. • Successfully delivered, Company-wide implementation SAP ESS/MSS & SAP Performance Management module, SAP HCM roll-out of Dammam Pharma & SPIMACO Algeria, introduced Off-Cycle, Retro-Payroll & Time Evaluation, develop ABAP-HR reports including payroll reconciliation reports and redesigning for SAP Authorization

Project: Shell Petroleum People Services Asia, Malaysia • As part of second level support (working in Shifts), timely provide SAP HCM support to Shell Customer world-wide. SAP Functional support, SAP Security support and Data Management.

• iWorld management hired me from Pakistan to become part of SAP HCM BPO team. • Provided SAP HCM Techno-Functional support to world leading Semiconductor company (Motorola, Philips, Sharp and On-Semi conductor).
