I work as a research consultant actively contributing to the whole executive search process. I participate in the client meetings and help them to define the focus of the search. I carry out the research process independently, contact the potential candidates and do a preliminary analysis of the candidates. I also manage a few internal development projects related to HR software, recruiting tools and our research process development.
