I managed all operational and strategic HR issues in Finland site + implemented Group's HR processes together with local leaders and HR personnel across acquired sites in EMEA.

Gardner Denver Oy manufactures screw compressors with sales of 40 million euros in 2009. The company is part of an international group of Gardner Denver and has personnel of 180 in Finland. I took care of all operational and strategic people issues on the site. These responsibilities included but were not limited to staffing, performance management, rewarding, employee engagement, internal communication and employee development.
