When I was about to finish my internship at the EP, the choice was to get a job in Lux and continue the comfy life or go back home and be pbly unemployed in the time of crisis, being back in CZ again. So here I am, working at a not-entirely-ideal position in a wonderful but golden cage-y world of the 'largest international non-sovereign lender and borrower'. Who knows what happens next?

... and a week later got a call from the EP. I am not a person who lets an opportunity pass so I left the CZ after 3 months of living there, somewhat relieved, for Luxembourg. The traineeship turned to be pretty interesting as we worked in an unit organising plenary sessions and we got to travel to each of them! Oh how I loved the splendour of the Strasbourg building, the top terrace and its view, the contact with MEPs (yep, didn't resist and got a few photos with the Czech ones & the President).

Only the day after I did their assessment centre I left for a seasonal job to Northern Ireland. There, I got them on the phone offering me the job from January on...
