Keeping the accounts payable clean and clear: - Processing invoices and preparing the weekly pay run - Quick responding to payment reminder and maintaining positive professional relationship with suppliers. - Preparing the bank payments and repayments. - Reconciling the Accounts, Control and Management of open Items and solving Differences - Supporting the Monthly-, Quarterly-, and Yearly financial reports.

- Responsible for bond and equity reports including company profile, industry research and financial valuation (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and discounted cash flow) - Conducting sustainability research and rating (Environment, Social and Governance, 17 Sustainable Development Goals) - Communicating with customers for feedback and alignment of further requirements.

- Implementing digitalization projects in corporate accounting (IFRS E-learning) - Assisting in content and graphic design of the digitalization strategy in accounting as well as the technical implementation. - Supporting project work in the accounting assessment of complex issues (Testing Leasing Application) - Organizing training workshop regarding the digital transformation of internal financial guidelines. - Supporting and coaching colleagues all around the world to use an internal financial platform.

− Directly interacting with and taking care of the club’s members as well as satisfying member’s requirements. - Making personal training contracts; managing and taking control of Group-X classes (Fitness dancing with music and instructor).

- Managing the social network pages. - Analyzing the potential clients’ database. - Counseling customers.

- Assisting human resource manager in administration process and recruitment process. - Preparing material for training courses. - Making job descriptions
