Consulting for Dell's complete Enterprise Portfolio (Servers, Storage, Networking and Data Protection). Preferred Accounts and Large Institutions.

Support for mission critical servers and networks. Support of the most common server operating systems, like: Windows Servers, SuSE Linux Enterprise Servers and RedHat Enterprise Linux. Break/fix support for ESX and XenServer cluster solutions.

Technical support for workgroup PC's, notebooks and laser printers. Support for Windows and Microsoft Office Suites.

3 year apprenticeship as Fachinformatiker / Fachrichtung Systemintegration in the University Datacenter. System administrator of the Department of Distributed Systems.
