    Being part of a fast-growing software company, I enjoyed the educational process of both working as part of a team (in a matrix-organization), whilst still being able to build and invent new materials and processes when there was a requirement for optimization. Just like the software which TimeXtender provides, I sought to automate tedious tasks for the partners, leaving more room and space for working in the "sweet spot" where the partner and TimeXtender provide unique value to the end-customers.
