Overall responsibility for an Engineer-to-Order manufacturing site, including P&L, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and EHS. Leadership of 8 direct reports. Focus on Operational Excellence, leadership development, restructuring, Quality, EHS and investments.

Leadership of Pre- and Post-Fabrication with 26 shopfloor employees through Team Leads, plus responsibility for Work Preparation and Production Planning with 2 employees. Developed manufacturing processes through Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement, introduced visual Shopfloor Management and optimized production-related SAP processes and interfaces.

Member of a three-person project leadership team with 12 workstreams and around 65 project members. Responsible for schedule, budget and process stability at go-live. Steering through workstream leads, 80/20 prioritization and SAP-standard-first approach. Successful go-live delivered on time, within budget and with stable core processes.

Staff role directly supporting the Plant Manager of a site with ~450 employees, eight production departments and three-shift operations. Regularly assumed responsibility during Plant Manager absences. Implemented KPI-based Shopfloor Management, supported TPM and MES, reduced inventories in selected areas and improved lead times.

Technical consulting and customer support for industrial power transmission solutions in an international B2B environment. Analysis of customer-specific requirements, development of technical solutions, support of product development, customer and production-site visits, preparation of technical documentation and close collaboration with Engineering, Production and Sales.

Dual study program combining academic studies in Production Engineering with practical experience in industrial manufacturing. Built a strong technical foundation in manufacturing and production engineering, applied academic knowledge in day-to-day operations and gained practical experience in manufacturing processes, process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
