Managed this premium Customer Success offering for enterprise banking, telecom, and infrastructure accounts through the Veritas-Arctera separation. Portfolio repriced from $800,000 to $300,000 as base-tier pricing was withdrawn; the account base stayed the same. Built automated renewal digests for the CSM team and piloted a Slack intake workflow.

Managed Veritas's premium Business Critical Services for enterprise banking and telecom accounts (NetBackup, Enterprise Vault, InfoScale). Oversaw a renewals portfolio just under $800,000 with over 90% retention. Spotted that the US-hours customer advisory program excluded EMEA users, interviewed 13 organizations, and led an 18-month task force with product and engineering: about 15 of 20 requirements shipped. Built Power BI monitoring that cut emergency on-site visits to zero.

Member of Council of Technology Advisors (previously Council of Transport Advisors). Worked as an advisor to various multinational companies, including Mc Kinsey.
