Food is scarce, and the pressure on agricultural productivity will only increase. It requires the best professionals in the industry to feed the world. But these talents are mostly scarce, as well. Then why do so many companies in the agri-food business go to generic search companies to find those high-level executives? Wouldn’t it be so much more effective to talk to people who know what drives you and the people in your company? People who are born and raised with the same DNA as you have?

Together with my twin brother, we exploit a farm with various crops like potatoes, sugar beets, chicory, cereals and vegetables crops.

Egga Food is a modern egg processing company in the south of the Netherlands. Many retail, food service and food processors in Europe are known with the boiled painted of boiled peeled eggs of Egga Food.

Agrea is a merge of three private companies active as supplier in the agricultural sector.

Agro-Dyn is a supplier of crop protection, fertilizer, seeds and potatoes in the south part of the Netherlands. The company established out of a merge of Agro-de Jonge. I was one of the new owners of this company.
