Maintenance of gene library through real-time PCR, western blotting and microscopy. Biochemical assays and subsequent detection of Alzheimer’s disease from other other type of dementia using western blotting.

Use of molecular biology techniques such as HPLC, SDS-page, ELISA, Gel electrophoresis, RT-PCR, histology and immunohistochemistry etc., to calculate retention time of different pharmaceutically important drugs, develop and test new medicines for their effect on animals as well as humans.
