In charge of strategic and operational HR function -280 employees, managed 2 direct reports. Created, developed and implemented a complete HR Service with a focus on efficiency and quality. I successfully implemented HR as a business partner throughout the region and provided managers with high quality services and critical tools to enhance productivity and developed a new training program focused on managing competency development in French and German.
