transition from archive management to information management

The organisation wants to work more digital with an (digital) environment that is future-proof. Part of this transition was a Single Point Of Truth (SPOT) for all digital documents that are legally and process relevant. In order to achieve this, coordination was required with the various stakeholders and with workshops (with different End-to-End processrepresentatives) we gathered the Business Functionalities, which formed an important basis for integrating a SPOT within the renewed (IT) landscape.

Designing an effective input / output process chain and making policy in relation to Document Management. From the department In and Output Management we implemented the ECM Suite Transactional Content Processing of OpenText. I was also responsible for carrying out the idea of a paperless office. At the end of my period at Menzis there was a Customer Communication Platform. This means the possibility of multi-channelling on incoming and outgoing documents and the possibility of monitoring.
