I was responsible for implementing a strategy to improve category development opportunities. I expanded the supplier base, created a category tree and searched for and engaged potential partners. I also planned performance indicators and optimised search queries on the websites. I conducted market analyses, identified future development opportunities and participated in the ABC and XYZ analysis.

My responsibilities included organizing, planning, and regulating the department's work, negotiating with suppliers to secure optimal conditions, monitoring the execution of tasks, tracking planned indicators, concluding contracts, setting pricing policies, developing marketing plans, monitoring the market, and closely collaborating with suppliers while searching for new partners.
