Responsible for the first LTE wake-up of the LTE triple mode platform. We made the first LTE L3 call happen. Made our LTE Mobile platform one of the most competitive by driving the improvements of our LTE Key Performance Indicators (specially robustness and power consumption). Made our LTE platform ready for mass production testing solution development (end to end) Made our LTE platform ready for carrier acceptance with onsite support in South Korea, Japan, France, Finland, Brazil and Mexico.

- Output and people responsible for a development site of 40 people in Copenhagen. - Manage the development project to enable Nokia Modem Licensing strategy of licensing out the modem technology (GSM part) - Ensure the commercial success of the licensing strategy with supporting the collaboration with key licensees (e.g. in the RF SW development area) - Drive the local focus change from GSM to LTE without project disruption. All Copenhagen developers focused on LTE in 2010.
