Played a central role in scaling Crossgate’s U.S. and international footprint and positioning the company for SAP’s €120M acquisition, after which Crossgate became SAP Information Interchange OnDemand. Built a boutique digital consultancy serving Fortune 500 and high-growth technology companies including Microsoft, HBO and Coca-Cola. Advised executives on digital platforms, customer engagement and scalable operating models, and led multi-disciplinary teams delivering high-stakes enterprise programs. This work directly led to my recruitment into Crossgate (later acquired by SAP).
