Hired for deployment of Lean Manufacturing in an organization with a workforce comprised of two separate unions, throughout five facilities. Responsible for three plant consolidations into two Greenfield sites designed around Lean principles. Acted as internal consultant to other divisions within corporation. Organizational improvements resulted in: ~ More than $5 million in savings from reduction of finished goods inventory levels. ~ Reduction of WIP (Work-In-Progress) in excess of $2 million.

Responsible for application of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methods in a unique rotational molding facility that built 15 - 21' fishing boats. ~ Reduced overtime requirements by 84% through an increase in First-Pass Yield. ~ Reduced material consumption (plastic) by $470,000 annually.

P&L responsibility of a contract manufacturing facility with sales in excess of $30 million that specialized in wire harnesses and cable assemblies for the telecommunication industries. Provided direct support to two additional manufacturing facilities by providing training in lean manufacturing practices. ~Performed operational due diligence on multiple facilities, with two acquisitions. ~ Negotiated a strategic partnership with a contract manufacturer in Taiwan to provide high volume units for resale
