Responsible for three plant consolidations into two Greenfield sites designed around Lean principles. Acted as internal consultant to other divisions within corporation. Organizational improvements resulted in: ~ More than $5 million in savings from reduction of finished goods inventory levels. ~ Reduction of WIP (Work-In-Progress) in excess of $2 million.
