The thesis project analysed real world data from Concur, (an SAP owned company) and integrated it within the analysis to help to form strategic options for the Connected Vehicles team regarding their European Go-To-Market Strategy. I worked closely with the SAP Corporate Strategy department, the Chief Expert of the Connected Vehicles Team, the Head of Internet of Things at SAP in close supervision with an SAP Corporate Strategy Director.

Conducted various qualitative and quantitative market knowledge research projects, regarding the parking Industry in Germany and the UK. Here, I designed, processed and executed project frameworks, based on requested information from senior management. I facilitated knowledge transfer from the market to Directors with simplified summaries of data for key strategic management decisions. This position included extensive use of Excel and PowerPoint, including numerous presentations.

Sourced, approved and represented outstanding candidates for companies within the pharmaceutical industry. I generated new business development through candidates, learning, understanding and reporting changes and opportunities in the industry. I worked Independently in a structured, reliable and responsible manner (Plan Do Check Act) in a call centre in East Grinstead.

Managed 8 people, all direct reports, coordinating and communicating strategic changes in the business. I recruited, trained and developed new Agents, whilst motivating, guiding and assisting Agents to reach their weekly KPI’s. Responsible for over 1000 customer accounts and successfully grew the customer base by 10% in 7 months.

Sales and admin, developed an agency from 63 to 125 customers, through networking skills and customer relationship management. I utilised recommendation schemes and developed regular and reliable schedules with a high level of time management, organisation and efficiency. • Debt collecting and managing repayments
