Invited to join the company by Sushi Group CEO to develop automotive testing business as new service of the Group portfolio. Promoted automotive testing business based on the existing resources in Shanghai lab and achieved 100%+ revenue growth. Prepared Five-Year Business Strategy of automotive testing on Group level, inclusive of setup testing labs in overseas countries.

Invited to rejoin the company by VP with full responsibility to manage testing business for 2 business lines (reliablity testing and electrical vehicle testing), inclusive of managements related to P&L, strategy, CAPEX, staff, quality, finance, equipment, testing, technical development, business development, vertical integration, etc; covering 40+million CNY annual revenue.

Manage the testing department to support new products research and development. Support R&D Director to setup one R&D center in Shanghai, China, inclusive of layout design together with design company, terms and conditions, inspection of construction project, equipment purchasing, staff recruitement/training/development, prepare management system, etc.

Invited to join the company by GM with full responsibility of lab operations. Improved the lab performance significantly with Lean Six Sigma tools, saved the lab from closure in 2011 and achieved top annual revenue in 2012.

Full responsiblity of department management, inclusive of P&L, CAPEX, cost estimation, quotation preparation, management system, project management, technical and business development, staff recruitment/training/development, etc.
