I contribute towards the the optimisation of the business processes at Carrier HVAC Europe. The project is an ERP integration program involving SAP S/4Hana (OTC - order to cash) and Salesforce with the goal of streamlining their IT solutions for better performance.

Offer advisory services to companies and institutions interested in understanding the Croatian, South Eastern European and selected developing economies including India and Ghana.

As part of my MBA, my team and I worked with Renault Trucks Connected Services Department to create a Customer Portal as part of a new omnichannel service. We developed this project using the design thinking methodology to capture user pain-points from which we modelled and improved the operational flows and processes, sales channels especially e-commerce for the clients and users of Renault Trucks' services. Deliverables were; a mobile application and a web portal mockup.

I was responsible for the planning of inputs for production; making sure to avoid or limit wastage of finished products. My duty also involved collaborating with colleagues to limit forecast problems involving our planned output versus the market requirement.

I was in charge of managing and coordinating all research activities in Ghana. These included recruiting and training of research staff as well as quality control checks. I also managed major projects for key clients such as VDMA Germany, NBC Universal, Barclays Bank Africa, Tigo Africa, Bacardi among others. I performed various activities including conducting expert interviews, planning and coordinating strategies and methodologies for field operations, research and analyses etc.

My duties were primarily, the sales of new Renault and Mitsubishi vehicles. I was also in charge of competitor profiling for use in the sales and procurement departments. Next, i also worked on inventory management. Prior to my promotion to the sales department, i worked in the procurement department where i prepared winsome bid documents to supply new vehicles.
