To assist in the process of designing, developing and implementing market research in the Consumer research department handling the data processing and validation tasks for telecommunication client (Vodafone Egypt). • Validate the data, create aggregated tables and execute statistical analysis∙ • Supervise and manage other outsourcing teams including the coders, data entry and interviewers. • Deliver weekly and monthly reports including KPI, budgeting, cost and profit Analysis.

To assist in the process of designing, developing and implementing market research in the retail department for major clients of Nielsen Company including P&G, Vodafone, Pepsi • Design retail measurement questionnaires for the data acquisition team and advise on any queries through the data collection process. • Handle data analysis and quality control checks on the monthly final data in terms of market trends, market shares, sales volumes and market segmentation.
