Manage the daily operation of the regional office with a primary focus on P&L, Cash performance by owning the planning&forecasting cycle and ensuring quality control on Tax submission. Overseeing the performance of 140 employees across diverse functional areas including Financial Controllership, HR, Source to Pay, End to End Commercial and Compliance processes. As the main advisor of the General Manager validating business cases to maintain the profitability of the center.

Setup Financial Controlling Organization within APAC (Stat. reporting, Indirect Tax & Duty, P&L and B/S Controlling) by embedding the risk and controlling mindset. Leading the Financial Controller team of +30 in parallel with the integration of the outsourced services provided by BPO Accenture. Implement and improve Global and Local Scorecards to track Stakeholder satisfaction and performance. Work out and own the long-term strategy of the department with the high engagement of the employees.

Led and directed the WE decision support team of 7 people to provide quality and timely analysis to the Functional Directors on the Indirect spends. Managed the budget of £80 million and maintained full accountability for the attainment of monthly performance targets. Standardized the monthly performance reporting, which had been rolled out to North America, APAC, Global Travel and Middle East regions.

Carried out compliant Period End reporting process in Diageo Consolidated Reporting Tool and SAP for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement and Cash Flow. Successfully migrated Iberia and Greece Financial Accounting activities to shared service environment. Implemented Profit Center reporting and drove headcount efficiency by streamlining the end to end BPM reporting.
