Controlled Quality Chargeback up to $3M per month. Completed the chargeback manual book for Quality team. Checked all the chargeback issues with the internal PIC Supported HQ for Chargeback payment.

Leaded the China Marketing team and worked closely with Marketing team in other countries. Promoted INFiLED brand at trade show and other industry events. Prepared and organized the new product launch: TITAN-X. Analyzed industry trends and prepared marketing forecasts. Rebuild China Marketing-team according to the company interests.

Responsible for the full set of account. Leaded monthly and yearly closing, ensured correct usage of all charts of accounts, and followed both PRC and USA GAAP. Leaded the project of SZ office for the system transfer from BPCS to AX. Prepared finance-reports, tax-declaration and communicated with different interest departments including both internal and external. Make sure the company yearly-audit went smoothly.
