 Supervised sand blasting, surface preparation, and coating application activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.  Coordinated blasting and painting crews, equipment, and materials to achieve production targets while maintaining safe work practices.  Monitored coating operations and conducted worksite inspections to ensure adherence to approved procedures, client standards, and HSE regulations.

 Performed abrasive blasting and airless spray painting of structural steel, tanks, pipelines, vessels, and offshore facilities using various industrial coating systems.  Applied protective coatings including Epoxy, Polyurethane, Zinc-Rich, Zinc Silicate, Glass Flake, and Heat-Resistant paints in accordance with project specifications.  Operated and maintained blasting and painting equipment while ensuring coating quality, surface finish, and compliance with safety requirements.
