At Fresenius Kabi, I lead AI-enabled enterprise operating model work across IT governance, service transition, KPI/reporting, SOP and policy guidance, audit readiness and process enablement. I designed Fresenius Kabi Digital Suite concepts connecting governance, portfolio intelligence, service architecture, COBIT objectives, audit evidence and remediation workflows.

At CARIAD Estonia / Volkswagen Group, I built and led a Digital Services capability from 3 to 40 people and transitioned 16 critical IT services into internal 24/7 operations. The team provided 2nd/3rd-level support for critical infrastructure, applications and systems. I owned the operating system across hiring, onboarding, roles, capacity planning, training, service readiness, automation, observability, ITIL workflows and high-trust culture.

- Deployed and supported infrastructure, ensuring modernization and adaptation to company needs - Organized and modernized CI/CD processes, including documentation - Performed monitoring, logging, and backup tasks to maintain system integrity - Developed and maintained automation scripts (Ansible playbooks, Terraform files) for resource deployment and configuration changes - Created technical documentation, tutorials, and support materials for internal teams and customers
