The outcome of the feasibility study conduct during the previous year lead to the decision of moving globally the company’s HR solution from SAP and other local systems to the cloud solution provided by Workday. I joined the project as Payroll and Time Integration Lead, a position accountable for the design and implementation of the integrations from Workday to the local payroll and time systems within a 44 countries landscape.

o Project Manager to revamp the time management solution for the company’s main 3 locations (DACH region). o SCRUM Master over 2 years, 15+ sprints and 30+ user stories finalized. o Orchestrated the integration of Kronos tool, external SAP Payroll and in-house SAP HCM systems. o Assessed and evaluated vendors in a HR cloud software selection (Workday, SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM). o Harmonization of the processes and time solutions with the new global design.

o Project IT Lead of Global ALE Interface integrating Master Data, Cost Centers and Bank Details. o External vendor management and coordination with in-house teams. o Training of end-users using the solutions implemented.

o Business processes analysis, design, control and streamline. SLA and KPI rate improvement of over 40%. o 2 cross functional teams managed simultaneously; 12 members and 7 members respectively. o Project Lead full end-to-end of authorization solution for a 5 European countries customer. o 25% budget increase based on service delivery results, customer satisfaction and confidence built.

o Implementation projects and operations for customers from pharmaceutical, chemical, tobacco and IT industries. o Coordinated an ad-hoc team of 10 to revamp the authorization roles solution of a 4 European countries customer, making it SAS70/ISAE3402 compliance. o 2 SAP upgrades, 2 full end-to-end implementation projects, 5 project life cycles, 5 SAS70/ISAE3402 successful external audits, 8 country roll-outs and 2 global roll-outs. o Training of new colleagues joining the team.

I joined Euroinnova as web developer, a position that gave me the opportunity to further develop my programming skills and SQL database knowledge. I supported the team solving issues within the current version of the companies’ e-Learning portal, as well as deploying a new portal using apache, LAMP, AJAX, CakePHP framework and CSS.
