I was responsible for the entire recruiting process in the IT industry. This included active sourcing, screening applications, conducting interviews, designing the recruiting process and candidate journey, as well as collaborating with staffing agencies and representing the company at trade fairs.

My entry into the recruiting world had a strong sales focus. I specialized in 360-degree recruiting within the software development industry. My responsibilities were divided into two main areas. Firstly, candidate acquisition through active sourcing, involving screening and qualification of candidates for my clients. Secondly, client acquisition and sales through various channels. The Job also included tasks such as contract negotiations, networking, etc.
