Disciplinary & functional for a complex orga associated to: - setup entirely new production or R&D facilities in Asia. - development & realization of new or re-designed products or technologies along the scope, starting from concept & feasibility till series. - contribute & drive innovations to lift manufacturing excellence to new levels in new product segments. Annual budget resp.: up to € 100m investment.

Responsible for all technologies applied in Asia (13 plants) w. leadership of: - technological process, digitalization and methodology experts. - industrial & manufacturing engineers planning, realizing & commissioning production systems for all products w. an annual budget of € 50m. - equipment teams, resp. to design & manufacture high-tech machinery & tooling in-house w. an annual P&L € 15m. - technology, engineering & maintenance teams at all production locations Asia improving & maintaining machinery.

Responsible for the successful integration of a former Joint Venture into the organization, ensuring knowledge transfer, standards & approaches. - Lead of the department responsible for industrializing high-tech production lines for electric motors in different applications such as e.g. Powertrain or Thermal. Annual budget responsibility: € 15m to 25m investment.

Responsible for the successful development of a new technical team & vendors for local manufacturing & realization of production systems for all technologies. - Setup of an entire new team for industrialization of specific & complex production lines for seat systems aiming on performance &self-dependance. Annual budget responsibility: € 10m to 20m investment.

Relocation from Brose Germany to Brose China in Shanghai to support a deeper production localization in Asia in an extremely growing business. - Responsible for planning, realizing & commissioning of production equipment for new products & new technologies in Asia with Asian machine & tooling vendors. Annual budget responsibility: € 5m – 10m investment.

Industrial Engineer for seat systems, especially for components, which are used for all seat structures across customer projects. - Responsible for planning, realizing & commissioning of production lines for high volumes across world with a high level of complexity, automation & digitalization. Annual budget responsibility: € 2m to 5m investment.
