Lead of the General Production Technology with 100+ members including Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Process Technology, Methods, Industry 4.0 etc. Focus is on long-term strategy for the business success of Brose by developing and introducing innovative production system solutions meeting internal and external requirements by optimizing quality and costs. Further, continuous growth in know-how and competence for the Production Technology departments china-wide to guide them into the factory 2025.

The former field of responsibility has been relocated from the Seat Business to the Electric Motor Business (such as electrical steering, powertrain, engine cooling, climate & safety applications) and further extended to integrate a former Joint Venture into the company in terms of technology, standards, approaches, teamwork and last but not least know-how.

Lead of the Industrial Engineering in China, responsible for a team of around 20 Engineers asia wide to plan and realize production lines (including stamping and welding processes as well as automatic end of line testers systems for Seat Systems all over East Asia (China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, India) - from the first concepts until series production. Main customers are Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Volvo, Ford and PSA in China; Toyota in Japan; Hyundai / Kia in Korea.

Change-over to Brose in Shanghai due to responsibilities for several projects related to Seat Business in China and Korea before. Start-up of deeper production localization and equipment procurement in Asia in the extremely growing business.

Industrial Engineer for the complete developing process, starting with the design, the planning and realization, supporting series production, after sales service - worldwide in Europe (Germany, Czech Republic), America (USA, Canada) and Asia (China, Korea).

Member of the special task force KFOR3 in Kosovo from Nov 1999 until June 2000.
