The job as a working student at PHN Executive Consulting offered me the chance to learn a lot about the whole recruiting process beginning with choosing the perfect candidate and starting first contacts. I was able to guide first telephone interviews and personal contacts with clients and candidates until the final decision of the last three candidates that were invited to final interviews.

The internship at accessKellyOCG in Cologne covered all events concerning HR Marketing and Recruiting, especially commercial advertising in press and online formats, preparation of fairs and career events, first telephone interviews with possible candidates, meetings with HR directors of clients, talent relationship management for well-known German corporations and daily design work for marketing activities.
