Attending weekly meetings with customer in order to review tasks and negotiate with them to support our team.

Managing field maintenance in region 5. Controlling, supervising and managing subcontractor to achieve customer’s target. Achieving zero down sites in region 5 for more than 20times. Reducing number of vandalisms in region 5 especially inKhuzestan. Being in direct contact with MTNi respective managers

Managing Mobinnet wimax project in all provinces except Tehran and Mazandaran. Managing different subcontractors in different regions. Managing regional supervisors and supervise their actions. Being in direct contact with Mobinnet managers and having many weekly meetings with them. Achieving on air plan many times. Fulfilling customer’s plan based on their requirement. Control both Civil and TI activity with different contractors.

Gathering many TI supervisors for all regions to supervise subcontractors’ actions. Designing installation plan based on customer’srequests. Having weekly meetings with contractors and customer. Defining a suitable channel between warehouse, contractors and company.

Managing subcontractor in Hamedan province. Control installation method by being present on site during installation. Reduce contact between subcontractors and Arak office by solving most of their problems in respective province. Configure the BTS and MW sometimes due to lack of manpower from subcontractor
