Part of the international marketing team responsible for developing advertising campaigns and special projects. Special focus: devising and coordinating loyalty campaigns across Europe.

Managed a team of 9 graphic designers, 1 copywriter and 3 executives to develop 360 degree advertising campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital). Coordinated advertising agencies ensuring campaign coherence across all media while administering the department budget (>50% of the marketing budget). Special focus: the creation, production and distribution activities for the weekly leaflet and special booklets; the creation of POSMs and OOH.

Managed the Agency while recruiting and leading the Client Service team. Coordinated advertising campaigns that involved an international creative team (Poland-Romania). Adapted and implemented international advertising campaigns on the Romanian market.

Developed ATL campaigns for clients from various countries across Europe (IE, ES, IT, CZ, SK, HU, RO) that involved an international creative team (Poland). Sourced and contracted Agency suppliers (local and international) for various advertising projects, such as audio-video production, print production, event organizing.

Represented the Agency in Client briefings where advertising needs were identified or discussed. Coordinated sales pitches presenting creative work and campaign ideas to clients. Handled budgets, managed campaign costs and client invoicing.

Designed and implemented the online marketing strategy, with focus on Social Media; Product development - stock photography website, art gallery website; Researched and generated digital content; prepared information for publishing (journal, pictures, videos).
