Process daily bank deposit transactions and input into Cardinal accounting system; process journal entries and ATA’s upload into Cardinal and run Cardinal Queries to ensure transactions are posted; process AWARE client refunds from vendors with coordination from field offices’ employees for updated and valid vendor information; develop new or update the existing detailed General Accounting desk procedures and serve as a backup on certain tasks as needed.
