- Guiding the clients through our processes and local labor laws - Drafting employment contracts for countries throughout the EMEA region - Managing payroll changes and agreement amendments - Employee enrolment to the local insurance providers - Labor law support - Maintaining the internal database - Regular cooperation with and support of other teams

- Client support and relationship-building from the onboarding to the offboarding of their employees - EoR onboarding in various countries - Managing the Denmark, France, and Sweden branches - Employee enrolment into the French health insurance and life insurance - Payroll and client invoicing - HR support for existing clients - Regular communication with in-country partners, support of the relationships, feedback of the processes - Managing offboardings (resignations, mutual agreements, terminations)

- Monitoring ongoing cargo deliveries across several states in the US - Regular client and partner communication - Assistance with any urgent and non-urgent issues - Supervising app training for new driver partners - Client and new hire onboarding - Managing and resolving financial queries - Internal process and product improvement - New hire onboarding
