PayPal is an online payments and money transfer service that allows you to send money via email, phone, text message or Skype. They offer products to both individuals and businesses alike, including online vendors, auction sites and corporate users. My role as Recruitment Coordinator was to support the Exempt Recruiters around the entire Lifecycle of the Recruitment Process, from sourcing candidates through to the final offer stage.

GFC Markets is a financial investments company offering clients the opportunity to trade Foreign Currencies, CFD’s (Contracts for differences), Stocks and Indices on an online based global platform. My job at GFC Markets was to act as the first link in the chain between the Customer and the Company by providing support and training resulting in the sales of the various accounts types on offer.

The team was responsible for managing all of Carillion’s UK recruitment requirements. My role was to be the intermediary between Carillion and Recruitment Agencies to ensure that Carillion get the best resource, and for a competitive price, which would result in a cost saving to the business.

This role involved the successful co ordination of the Managed Services Department through supporting the Carillion Managed Service Team, which included, the Resource Consultants, Client Relationship Managers, Department Heads, Account Managers and suppliers.
