As a Business Analyst Jr., I receieve inbound calls from Wachovia Securities clients. We also provide First Clearing services for aproximately 200 other brokerage firms. Clients / Financial Advisors call to set up, add or delete online access for their brokerage accounts. We set up clients online, add and delete accounts to their view and assist with site navigation. I also work on the Quicken/Turbo Tax Team and the Third Party /Trade Enabling Team. I work with Seibel CRM, Word, Internet, Lotus Notes

As a Sales Rep with LSOA, I generated my own leads through business to business marketing and recommendations. I culled the leads, scheduled programs and made outboud calls inviting potential clients to a program. I performed 3-4 safety presentations per week. I also recruited and trained new hires and made in home sales. As a Safety Advisor, I continued to educate the customer in the home, through the close of the sale. I installed the alarms and was a liason b/w the customer and the financial institution.
