Creating social media content for various brands including creative copy, captions and static visuals.

My primary responsibility at Joy Midheaven was to create and manage their social media, namely Facebook. Having had no international students coming in for over a year now, the consulting firm needed a more effective onshore engagement plan via their social media. Setting up their Facebook account involved conceptualising new content as well as setting up their brand image. The work was done remotely in its entirety.

The team I worked in was managing brand communications for Qualcomm, Britannia and RedBus. McCann was where I picked up the basics of the creative ideation process in a professional setting. I was often included in client meetings and new pitch meetings, and one of my creative concepts did make its way into an ad.
