I am responsible for setting up and developing program and project management in the automotive MCU area, defining and controlling guidelines, processes, budget and project costs. I also lead and coach the program managers and a global team of client project managers in Europe, Japan and the USA. After all, I am also responsible for key projects in marketing for automotive digital products, thereby increasing the company's reputation and developing business relationships

Here I managed customer projects for chassis applications, presented new products on the application level and thus contributed to the completion of the largest customer project to date. I expanded the product portfolio on the basis of independent market and customer analyzes and managed the collaboration with business partners such as OEMs and suppliers. I expanded the design-win and design-in activities for Chinese OEMs and suppliers in the areas of electromobility and ADAS at the Shanghai location.

I managed projects for key customers and the system architect team for products for building automation and smart home as well as 2.4GHz radio systems for applications in industry and multi-market. I also coordinated the system concepts in all phases with the specialist departments and service providers, provided technical customer support on site and provided marketing support. After relocating the production site and transferring technology, we were able to increase sales and profits significantly.

As a team leader for Application Engineering Optical Networking, I was responsible for application development at the Düsseldorf, Munich and San José (USA) locations. I coordinated the system verification, trained the field application engineers and provided technical customer support in the regions of Europe, North America and Asia. One of my most important successes is winning a strategically relevant design-in at a major global player within the telecommunications industry.

As the project manager of an interdisciplinary sub-project in a special research area of mechatronics, I was responsible for financial planning and control, among other things, and thanks to my independent way of working, I was able to ensure the efficient implementation of the project.
