HR Business Partner for the newly created All Wheel Drive/eDrive Division with £ 1.200 M turnover and growth and Technology focused strategy. Operations are based in Europe, China, Japan, Thailand and Americas.

Organisational Development of the Driveline Engineering function (Budget of 110 M GBP and 1300 Engineers in 20 countries) with focus on: • creation of a true global Engineering Network • Engineering Efficiency and optimisation in applying competencies and resources around the globe • development of global Engineering capabilities to support customer footprint through Engineering competency model • Development of an Engineering Academy to Close systematically competency gaps in the Engineering population
