Supporting regional Business Units / Marketing and Operational teams at eBay to successfully deploy global marketing campaigns

Working onsite with the client eBay's International Database Marketing team in Prague, and responsible for: • Program SQL queries (using Teradata or Unica) • Make recommendations and give advice for further targeting possibilities • Independently execute medium/higher complexity campaigns • Setting up sensitive incentive offers • Optimize data selection processes and queries • Provide support to both clients and internal teams • Correspond with international stakeholders (Asia, Europe, US, Australia)

Creating campaigns in Marketing Automation tool (‘IBM Campaign’) based on the information provided in complex campaign maps. Set up end-to-end campaigns, including the response routing to sellers or agencies for client IBM Key Responsibilities were: - Work closely with Campaign Managers, Digital and Event Specialists, Analytics Specialists to support and enable campaigns - Work with the necessary Marketing Tools and implement campaigns

Analyzing campaign requests, testing and building flowcharts using UNICA Campaign and QMF SQL Developer. Build campaign, sessions and strategic segments by data selection and manipulation for client ToysRUs. ·Create and use flowchart templates ·Utilize merge/purge, sample and snapshot process ·Apply customer and address de-duplication and audience switch ·Create dimension hierarchies by mapping base and dimension tables as well as external files ·Schedule flowcharts for off hours processing

I used analytic and quantitative methods to understand, predict, and enhance supply chain processes.
