My focus at EXAMION is to expand hospital businesses and to build up product management with focus on harmonization the interfaces between product management, development and quality management. Till January 2019 I was temporary in role of marketing director. Now I am responsible for participation and submission of the public tenders. I coordinate installation projects in hospitals from tender businesses and customer acquisitions. I manage product introduction projects in accordance to legal requirements.

Central role in building up the start-up. Development of simulation solutions for medical education and training for minimally invasive spinal surgery. Responsible for hardware development. Implementation of tasks from quotation to project planning, cost estimation, preparation of requirement lists, realization of feasibility concepts, product development and realization of small serial production in cooperation with external partners. Use of agile framework SCRUM.

Alongside my Stdies: Small design projects, jobs as product promoter as well as trade fair hostess.

Duration: February 2012 and November 2012. Revision of the correct project archiving and documentation. Participation in the development of a small database.

Product development / design from concepts to fuctional and design prototypes. Field of design: industrial goods, medical equipment, GUI´s.
