As part of Corporate HR (Capability Development CoE), was responsible for governance of Capability Development strategy across global model and end to end program management for 2 functions –Global Business Services & Information Management (Corporate IT). Rolled out the functional competency frameworks for both functions. I also worked on Career Paths and contributed to Future of Work initiatives including a Project Marketplace, Growth Mindset Program, Enterprise Agile Ambassador etc
