The Director Operations and Planning Netherlands manages the departments Logistics Development, Logistics Planning, Logistics Operations, directly managing from product-development to operations of the European rail-transport for the customers of Captrain. • Business process optimization; • In hire staff efficiency from 5 FTE Pw to 0 Pw; • Managing 12 direct employees and 40 indirect employees divided over 6*24 working hours in Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany;
